Game 7

Although they were lacking in size vs Pace Academy, the Diamond Hornets used their quickness and defensive pressure to come away with the win by a score of 66-56. Once taking the lead in the first half the Diamond Hornets never let it go by the hot shooting of Ja’Cor Nelson (23 pts). Clyde Trapp contributed to the Diamond Hornet attack with 13 points and 7 rebounds. Wendell Carter of Pace Academy led his team with 27 points and 16 rebounds but that was not enough for the quick Diamond Hornets.

Lower Richland will now go on to the semi finals of the American Bracket to face Greenforest Christian Academy on Monday at 3:50 in the main gym while Pace will now face Mullins at 1:50 in the auxillary gym.
