The Chick-fil-A Classic is proud to announce that “DJ Loui Vee” will be playing music at this year’s tournament. Vladimir “DJ Loui Vee” Scott, is the Assistant Program Director, as well as, a DJ, radio personality and music director at 100.1 The Beat, out of Columbia, S.C. He began his career as a DJ in 2008 and his momentum has consistently grown every year. Although Columbia, S.C. is his home; mega cities like Houston, Charlotte, Atlanta, Washington D.C. and New York consistently call on him when they need someone they know will get the job done. Loui Vee has proved himself and developed quite the reputation. This reputation earned him the opportunity to be the official DJ for the Lady Gamecock basketball team for the 2014, 2015, 2016 and the 2017 basketball seasons. Along with this, Loui Vee has been consistently recognized and honored for his musical talents when presented with the 2011 Slept on DJ of the Year Award, 2012 Club DJ of the Year Award, 2013 Club DJ of the Year Award, 2014 Indie Grind Award and the 2016 Indie Grind Award from the South Carolina Music Awards.
