Columbia, SC — For those who say’s it’s no longer a big man game, Reggie Perry and DJ Burns proved you wrong. Thursday afternoon had some notable college coaches that made there way to the auxiliary gym to check these young men out. Reggie Perry who verbally committed to Mississippi State in July, is ranked 12th overall in the class of 2018. He finished with 29 points and 18 rebounds in 31 minutes, but Thomasville never lead in the game and were down by as much as 14 in the first half. Despite being in foul trouble the majority of the game DJ Burns was one rebound away from a double-double finishing with 16 points and 9 rebounds. Jaron Williams, who signed with Longwood University in Virginia fared for 20 points on 9 for 13 shooting. Thomasville will play Hammond Friday in the main gym at 2:20 pm.
