Zion set a new CFA Classic scoring record last night with 53 points. He led Spartanburg Day to a 73-53 win over Gray Collegiate Academy. Jalek had 19 points and 4 assists.

Zion Williamson broke the single game scoring record at the Chick-Fil-A Classic on Tuesday night after scoring 53 points, shooting 25-28 from the field. On Thursday, his Spartanburg Day (9-3) team took on Keenan High School (8-0) in front of another sell out crowd. Williamson scored 19 points, grabbed 15 boards and blocked 3 shots while being face guarded and/or getting doubled teamed throughout the game. The Keenan strategy worked, as they pulled off the 57-54 win to advance to the championship game Friday night. The fans were not disappointed by the Zion Williamson show and this video shows why!

Louisville Cardinals commit Darius Perry scored 22 points in 24 minutes of play in Marietta (Ga.) Wheeler’s 95-70 win over Cannon School (N.C.). Perry was 10-14 from the floor, including 2-3 from long range. He added eight rebounds and 7 assists.

Jaren Jackson looked every part of the No. 15 prospect in the nation Wednesday night at the Chick-fil-A Classic. He recorded 15 points, 9 blocked shots, and added six rebounds in just 24 minutes of play as La Lumiere (Ind.) rolled Oldsmar Christian (Fla.) 86-63.

La Lumiere School (IN) is considered to be one of the best high school basketball teams in the country this year and they showed why on Wednesday in Columbia, SC. The 11-0 Lakers defeated Oldsmar Christian 86-63 in the first round of the Chick-Fil-A Classic. A fan favorite came from the bench as 6’6″ junior Kevin Zhang got loose a couple of times in the second half. Keep it locked for more from the 2016 Chick-Fil-A Classic!
