Amir Taylor scored 13 points and grabbed 11 rebounds to lead four players in double figures as Grayson (GA) defeated St. John College (DC) 55-45 Saturday afternoon. Anthony Alston, Christian Hyland and Gicarri Harris each scored 10 points for the No. 22 team in the country in the latest ESPN boys high school basketball rankings.

The Rams trailed briefly in the second half but used an 18-6 run to take a 50-40 lead with 4:42 remaining. Taylor scored seven of his points during that run. Grayson outscored the Cadets 36-24 on points in the paint.  

Harris, who has signed to play at Purdue, added five rebound and five assists to go along with his 10 points.

Devin Toatley scored 13 points for St. John College (10-2). Zyion Chase pulled down 14 rebounds to go along with eight points.

Grayson (13-0) will play in the American bracket championship Saturday evening at 8:40 p.m. The Rams will play the winner of the Ridge View (SC) and John Marshall (VA) game while St. John College will play the loser of that contest at 3:50 p.m. Saturday for third place.
