“For 22 years, the Chick-fil-A Classic Holiday Basketball Tournament, sponsored by Chick-fil-A Midlands restaurants have supported local students through scholarships. Since its inception, proceeds from the tournament have provided more than $230,000, through the Greater Columbia Educational Advancement Foundation. Chick-fil-A remains committed to investing and growing our local community by supporting youth, hunger and education. After thoughtful consideration, Midland Chick-fil-A restaurants have decided to end its 22-year title sponsorship of the Chick-fil-A Classic Holiday Basketball tournament. We are thankful for our sponsors and faithful supporters who have helped make this possible over the years.”
